Refund Policy

REFUNDS 
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund via email. If your refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 7 days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.


NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS 
Unfortunately, products that meet one or more of the following conditions cannot be returned: 
- Sealed products that have been unsealed. 
- Products that have been manufactured by the retailer according to the consumer's specifications (custom-made). 
- Products that are clearly personal in nature. 
- Products that cannot be returned due to their nature. 
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, stockings and care products are not covered by the right of return for hygiene reasons. These products can therefore not be returned and will not be processed. 
- Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. 


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS 
It is only possible to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After 30 minutes, our orders are processed and it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at customer service. Returns are always at the risk of the sender and the return costs will not be reimbursed. 

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS / WRONG ADDRESS / REFUSED PACKAGES
If an order is not picked up on time, the address is incorrect, or the order is refused upon arrival and returned to us, the order may be cancelled. However, the buyer is responsible for ALL additional costs, including reshipping and packaging, totaling €15. These costs will be deducted from the customer's payment. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days. 

Return Window: Returns must be reported and shipped within 30 days of receiving the product. 
Return Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email. 
Refund Policy: A refund will be approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly shipped products will be approved after inspection. 
Refund Period: Once the return is approved, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed back to the original method of payment. 
Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. 

Consumer Complaint Rights for Defective Products 
If the product you purchased turns out to be defective, you have the right to make a claim.
For defective products you can:
- Ask for a replacement with a non-defective item. 
- Ask to repair the defect. 
- Request a price reduction. 
- Complaints about defects can be submitted up to one year after discovery of the defect, but no later than the warranty period of the product. 

Do not return the defective product until you have contacted us at …Confirm the return address with our customer service and send the package by courier with a track & trace code after approval. 
To pursue our legitimate interests, which do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
